Kong's Custom Cafe Trays (255X510mm) is a custom-grown offering that lets you choose your Microgreen varieties to suit and develop your menu. 
 
Choose up to 8 varieties to fill your tray. 
 
 What’s Included with the Custom Cafe Tray?
Tray Design: Each tray can hold up to 8 separate grow trays allowing you choose and manage your harvest in one easy-to-manage tray. This allows you to water without any mess or spillage.
What are the options?  
Each tray set comprises a water tight base tray and any of the following:
A single grow tray (1 variety)
2 half grow trays (2 varieties)
A half grow tray and 4 X 1/8th grow trays (5 varieties) 
8 X 1/8th grow trays (8 varieties).
You choose what variety you want in each tray.
 
CUT MICROGREENS
 If you or your cafe prefer to use cut microgreens, we will cut your chosen trays on delivery day and pack into a re-usable fridge storage container (with separate compartments) and deliver. We collect and replace the used storage container when we deliver your new order.
 
Weekly, regular and/or daily free local delivery and tray swap:
You decide your usage and delivery days and we will take care of the rest. 
 
Pricing:
The Full Custom Cafe Trays and Cut Greens are $25 delivered You decide exactly what we grow, and what size. 
If you are using 5 or more full trays per week, please contact us to discuss discounted pricing.
 
Trays
Our trays are imported specialised trays, so in the event that you loose our tray or don't return it after use, we will charge a replacement fee of $35.
 
All our microgreens are grown in cycles to allow them to be at their peak when delivered, so please allow 7-10 days after your first order for delivery to commence.
