There are more than a thousand different microgreen varieties, almost as many as there are edible plants! Generally, however, the key varieties that are grown for daily consumption are from a range of about 100 or so that mostly match their edible adult counterparts. We have experimented with, and grown a large range of these, and we continue to trial and add new varieties.

Tender, green leaves with reddish stems. Milder, earthy flavour and slightly sweet. Lead time: 10-14 days
Attractive, tight compact, even green leaves. Classic pungent basil flavour. Lead time: 21-24 days
Thin, white stems with green tops. Distinct broccoli flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Dark purple and red leaves with vibrant, red stems. Mildly sweet, subtly nutty with earthy, beet-like flavour. Lead time: 10-14 days.
Purple and deep red stems and leaves. Earthy, brassica flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Red and yellow stems with red and green leaves. Earthy, beetroot taste. Lead time: 10-14 days.
Light green stems and green leaves. Aromatic, with earthy flavour and zesty citrus notes. Lead time: 21-24 days
Red Russian variety. Light purple stems with green (and sometimes purple-edged) leaves. Mild cabbage-like flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Tender purple stems and green leaves with a nutty crunch. Interesting, mild peppery spice flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Lush, green leaves. Pungent with mild, peppery flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Intense green and purple leaves with crunch. Spicy radish flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Black seed variety. Green leaves and paler stems. Crunchy, nutty, fresh flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
Kaspa Dunn variety. Green shoots, leaves and tendrils. Fresh, crunchy and delicate. Almost-sweet in flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
White stems with bright green leaves. Sweet aroma, like mustard and bok choy. Bold, spicy, mustard flavour. Lead time: 7-10 days.
