KONG GREEN is a specialised small vertical farm in Palmwoods, growing microgreens, and baby leaves. We offer Custom Cafe Trays to Cafe's, Restaurants, Caterers and Chefs, as well as offering a home delivery subscription service for subscribers. We are continually adding new varieties, and are excited to be expanding to offer Oyster Mushrooms and Edible Flowers in the near future. Watch this space!

How It Works:

  1. Multiple Delivery days: Subject to your location and usage, we can deliver multiple times each week, (even daily) ensuring consistent supply and maximum freshness. 

  2. Tray Swap: Each delivery, our team will collect your used trays and deliver your fresh trays. This system ensures you never run out of fresh greens while keeping your kitchen clutter-free, 

  3. Sustainability: By reusing and swapping trays, we have no packaging, reducing waste, making it an environmentally-friendly option for your business. It’s a win-win for you and the planet. We use specialised re-usable grow trays, so lost or damaged trays will incur a replacement fee. â€‹â€‹

If you prefer to have your microgreens cut for you, we can cut on the day of delivery and pack a fridge-ready storage box with six compartments for cafes and chefs.

  1. Choose Your Microgreens: Select from a variety of microgreens like sunflower, pea shoots, basil, purple radish, or even a mix! 

  2. Custom Pots: If you have a special container in mind, you are welcome to supply it and if suitable, we will happily plant into it for you. Otherwise, we wrap your microgreen gifts in a stylish cellophane wrap.

  3. Freshly Delivered: On the day of your event, we deliver the custom-grown microgreen pots to your venue, ensuring that they are fresh and ready for your guests to enjoy. 

  4. A Gift That Grows: Guests can divide their microgreens and plant up to 50 single plants to grow in their garden!
